I am voluntarily participating in the “Hogs & Horses" horseback and motorcycle ride benefit for our troops on May 7th, 2016. I am aware that these activities are inherently dangerous and may result in injury or death. With knowledge of the danger involved, I, my assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians, and legal representatives, hereby release any and all volunteers assisting before, during, and after the event (including any and all volunteer participants acting as coordinates of the event), Vincent Hill Station/Vincent Hill Arena, and The Antelope Valley Veterans Outreach Committee/Grace Resource Center, and any of the aforementioned persons' or business' agents, servants, officials, deputies, and employees from any and all claims for damages resulting from or related to injury, death, or property damage that occur during the course of or related to my participation in the aforementioned event.
I have carefully read this release and fully understand it's contents. I am aware that the activities I am participating in could cause injury and possibly death. I am fully responsible for any injury, death, or any type of property damage resulting from my participation in the event.
